Recently, we had one that was an intermittent fault, often know for being tough to trace. Through a process of elimination, testing and not just trusting what could be seen
at first inspection a loose connection was found. Loose connections can not only be disruptive to business, they can be dangerous. Thankfully, we found the problem
quickly and it was an easy fix. Simply by correctly tightening the connection.
